Refund policy

Webinars, materials, and guides marked free have no fee, so there is nothing to refund. Registration may still close when a listing ends.

If you cancel a paid 1:1 session at least 48 hours before the confirmed time, we will refund the fee in full to the original payment method, minus any processor charges we cannot recover.

Cancellations inside 48 hours, or a no-show, are not refundable. We will try to offer one reschedule if you write to us before the session starts.

Once a live session or paid course access has been delivered, the fee is not refundable.

If Enterwiser cancels or cannot deliver a paid session, you get a full refund, or a new date if you prefer.

Membership fees, once billed, cover the agreed-upon membership period and provide access to the membership features and benefits available during that period.

Cancellation requests may be submitted and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for consideration for a cancellation or partial refund, you must contact Enterwiser within seven (7) days of the membership payment.

Use the email or phone you put on the booking, and include the session name and date. Refunds that we approve are sent the same way you paid, usually within 10 working days after we confirm.
