Enterwiser provides coaching and information on work, study, and travel pathways abroad. This policy covers enterwiser.com and the forms on this site.

When you book a session, RSVP, enrol, request a guide, ask about membership, or complete the path intake, we collect the details you type — typically name, email, phone, destination of interest, and what you are trying to do.

We also collect basic technical data needed to run the site, such as your approximate country and city (to show prices in naira, euro, or US dollars, and to see how many people visit). We do not store your IP address or name for that count.

We use your details only to respond to your request, confirm sessions or events, send materials you asked for, and improve how we coach. We do not sell your information.

Staff see submissions in a private admin inbox. Requests stay there until they are handled and, if no longer needed, deleted.

If you pay online, the payment provider (for example Paystack or Flutterwave) processes card, bank, or mobile-money details on their own systems. Enterwiser does not store full card numbers.

We keep request details for as long as needed to deliver the service and keep ordinary business records, then remove them from the inbox.

You can ask us to correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you. Write to us from the email you used on the form, or message Enterwiser on Instagram or YouTube.

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update this page and the date above.
